1 lb. bag baby carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in a pot of lightly salted water, bring water to a boil, reduce heat to a high simmer and cook 20 to 30 minutes.

Drain the carrots; reduce the heat to low and return the carrots to the pan; stir remaining ingredients.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until sugar is bubbly.
