1 c. Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour

1.5 tsp. Baking Powder

3 tbsp. Sugar

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 c. Butter or Margarine (melted)

2 Eggs (beaten)

1/2 c. Milk

1. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
in a medium mixing bowl.

2. Add butter, eggs and milk; stir just until dry
ingredients are moistened.

3. Spoon batter into well greased muffin pan, filling
three-fourths full.

4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden
