4-5 lb. bottom round roast
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. vegetable oil
1 can coke
12 oz. chili sauce
2 T. worschestershire sauce
2 T. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with dry ingredients. Heat oil in dutch oven and brown roast. Combine liquids and pour over meat. Cover and cook in 325 oven for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Or use crock pot for 8 hours.
