1 pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
4-5 Cornish Game Hens
salt & pepper
Sauce: 10 oz. jar of red currant jelly
c. golden raisins
c. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stuffing according to package directions and stuff hens. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Put trivet in crock pot. Place hens on end, neck down. Brush sauce over hens. Brush more sauce on about way through cooking time. Cover and cook on low 5-7 hours. Spoon remaining sauce over hens when serving.
