1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. half and half
1 can season diced tomatoes (14 oz.)
╝ c. red pepper (dried & crushed)
1/3 c. vodka
1 T. tomato paste

Directions:

SautÚ garlic, red pepper and onion in olive oil, add in all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Salt to taste and serve over bowtie pasta.
