Ingredients:  
1 pkg spinach
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 small purple onion thinly sliced

Dressing:
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 teas. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients together and chill, stirring occasionally.

Toss spinach, mandarin oranges and onion. Add the dressing and mix together.

Chill
