3 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee Onion Rings
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
10 oz. vegetables (carrots and peas are best)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the Durkees. Placed into a greased casserole to form a shell. Set aside extra cheese and Durkees. Combine all else into bowl and pour into shell. Bake for 30 minutes at 375. Top with cheese and Durkees - bake another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
