2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream to boiling in medium saucepan. Add sugar. Stir and cook over medium heat until golden brown. (The consistency will change when it is ready.) Pour out onto heated cookie sheet buttered and floured. (I used 8x8 in. cake pan and it worked well.) Spread with wet knife to 1/2 inch thickness. Let cool 10 minutes then cut into squares.
