2 cups sugar
1 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
3 cups grated carrot
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
2 cups icing sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well the sugar, oil and eggs (one at a time).
Sift together: flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Beat well, add carrots and vanilla.
Bake at 350 F for 1 Hour.
Beat frosting ingredients well, and spread on cooled cake.
