2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
5 c. apples, pared and sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt, shortening, milk and eggs. Roll out half of dough and place on jelly roll pan (10x15 pan) . Mix together apples, sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Place on crust. Roll out remaining crust and place on top. Beat 2 egg whites until frothy. Spread over top crust. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
