4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
16 oz. can sauerkraut
3 - 3/4 oz. package smoked sliced corned beef (chop in blender)
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
flour
evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll in flour. Dip in evaporated milk. Roll in additional bread crumbs.
Fry in oil in frying pan or deep fat fryer
Keep warm in electric frying pan
(Reheat in the oven–or heat them 30 seconds at a time in the microwave until they’re warm through and then crisp them up in the oven or electric frying pan.
