"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. angel flake coconut

1 c. butter–the bars are better with butter
3 T. milk

3rd Layer
1 large Hershey bar

Mix together first four of first layer ingredients and heat until thick in double boiler or very carefully in microwave. To microwave, cook at 1 minute intervals at 70 percent power. Stir after each minute. Mix together the remaining first layer ingredients in LARGE mixing bowl. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Press into 10 X 15 inch jelly roll pan. Chill.
Mix together second layer ingredients and beat until creamy. Spread on top of chocolate layer. Chill.
Mix together and melt third layer ingredients. Spread on top of butter layer. Chill. Mark into squares before chocolate is too hard.
