1 Bag baby spinach leaves
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
fresh bean sprouts
6 boiled eggs, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked crispy & drained.

Dressing:
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small pan. Stir and heat on low heat, do not boil. Set aside.

In individual salad dishes place the spinach, then layer with bean spouts, water chestnuts. Top with chopped boiled eggs, then bacon bits.

Spoon dressing over salad, usually about 2 or 3 gravy spoons or to taste.

If desired toasted sesame seeds can be added to salad greens. ( Lightly brown sesame seeds in butter 7 drain on paper towel).
