1/2 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds, toasted at 350 degrees for 8 minutes
1 bunch spinach broken in bite size pieces
1/2 head cauliflower sliced in thin pieces
1 large avacado (sprinkled with lemon juice to keep from darkening)

BLEND IN BLENDER:
6 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. White wine vinegar
1 large clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. each - salt, dry mustard, dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash ground nutmeg
WHEN READY TO SERVE POUR OVER SPINACH MIXTURE AND TOSS.
