1 1/2 lbs. round steak, sliced into very thin strips.
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 can beef broth
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Slice round steak into very thin strips. Dust with flour and pepper.

In a large skillet, brown meat in butter: add mushrooms, onion, minced clove and garlic. Brown slightly: stir in broth. Cover, cook 1 hour or until meat is tender, stir occasionally. Stir in sour cream, cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over 3 cups thin cooked egg noodles or over cooked rice.
