3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp.salt
1 c. shortening
1 1/3 c.sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3T.sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 grease a cookie sheet and set a side. In a medium sized bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt together. In a seperate large bowl cream shortening and sugar(not 3T) ; beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradualy add the dry ingredients to the mix.

Mix the 3T. sugar and the cinnamon together on a plate, then roll the cookie dough into balls coating with the cinnamon and sugar. Put them on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or untill golden brown.
