1 1/3c. RONZONI Acini Pepe, uncooked
2 (11oz)-cans Mandarin Oranges-segments, drained
1 (20oz)-can Pineapple Chunks, undrained
1 3/4c. Milk
2c. Frozen Lite Cool-Whip, thawed
1/4c. Sugar
1 (4oz)-pkg. Vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8oz)-can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
3c. Miniature Marshmallows
1/2c. Coconut, shredded (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well. Drain juice from pineapple chunks, reserving 1/4 cup. In large bowl, add reserved juice, milk, sugar, and pudding mix; beat with whisk until well blended. Add pasta to pudding mixture; stir gently. Let stand 10 minutes. Add crushed pineapple and chunks, oranges, cool-whip, marshmallows and coconut. Mix thoroughly; cover and chill.
