1 (5lb)bag white Potatoes
Corn Tortillas
green Cabbage, shredded

Tomatillo Sauce:
10 tomatillos
4+ Jalapeņos
1 sm. Onion
Mexican cheese
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Boil until done. Lightly mash, leaving some chunks. Season with garlic salt and a handful of cheese. Place spoonful of mashed potato in warm tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, and fry in oil. Pat dry with paper towel. Serve with cabbage and tomatillo sauce.

For Tomatillo Sauce:
Remove wrapping from tomatillos and stem from jalapeņo. Boil tomatillos, jalapeņos, & onion until soft, about 10 min. Drain. In blender, blend onion, jalapeņos, tomatillos, & garlic salt. Chill& serve.
Sauce freezes well.
