2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. buttermilk

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean. Can add frosting if desired.
