1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Icing:
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. milk
6 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Mix salt, soda, baking powder, flour, sugar, and cinnamon together. Add whole eggs, oil, and zucchini. Mix well and pour in well greased and floured 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Icing:
Soften cream cheese and add sugar. Mix until smooth. Add butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
