2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion
1/4 c green pepper
1/2 c celery
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c catsup
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
11/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato juice
1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper, and celery with salt and pepper. Then add catsup, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and brown sugar. Simmer until thick.
