Brownies:
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 can Hershey Chocolate syrup


Frosting:
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/3 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all brownie ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees. For frosting, mix butter, milk and brown sugar together and heat until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute then remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until thick enough to spread.
