cup Miracle whip light
4 boneless skinless breasts, cut into thin strips
1/4 to tsp garlic powder
3 cups fresh vegetables or 1 pkg frozen
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 tbsp of the dressing in skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic powder; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Reduce heat. Stir in remaining dressing and soy sauce; simmer 1 minute. Serve over rice.
