Ingredients:  
1 lb. Boneless sirloin steak (1 lb venison) cut into strips
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 can Beef broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups pepper strips
4 cups white or brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy and garlic. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate. Add peppers. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice.
