3-4 lbs chicken pieces
salt & pepper

Barbecue Sauce:
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons oil
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

In skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 350. Brown chicken, turning to brown all sides; remove oil from skillet.

Combine barbecue sauce ingredients; add sauce to skillet; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
