Crust:
2 c flour
1 c butter
1/2 c powdered sugar

Filling:
4 eggs
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
2 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Crust;
Cream together flour, butter and sugar. Pat into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes,
Filling;
Beat eggs; add lemon juice, lemon rind, sugar, flour and salt and mix well.
Pour onto baked crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Make sure the center is pretty well set.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar and cut into squares
