11/2 c water
1/2 c butter
51/2 to 61/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 pkgs active dry yeast
11/2 tsp salt
1/3 c non fat dry milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water for 3 to 5 minutes. Heat 1 cup water and butter to 120. In large mixer bowl combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and warm water mixture. Mix with doughmaker or by hand about 2 or 3 minutes. Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a moderately stiff dough. Knead with doughmaker or by hand until smooth and satiny, about 3 or 4 minutes. Then turn out on a lightly floured surface and knead another 2 or 3 minutes. Form into a ball, place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place (about 80 degrees) until almost doubled. Punch down and make into rolls. Let rise until doubled in bulk and bake in moderate oven 350 about 15 to 20 minutes.
