1/2 c butter
1 c luke boiling water
1 c canned milk
3 pkgs dry yeast
1/2 c warm water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp salt
8 to 9 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in boiling water and cool to lukewarm. Mix yest in the 1/2 cup warm water to dissolve. and stir butter mixture, milk and yeast mixture together. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Mix well. Knead for 5 minutes, then rest dough for 10 minutes. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut out donuts. Let raise until double and Fry at 375. Cool and glaze or frost.
