1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
2 c sugar
1 c salad oil
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda
1 c water
Filling:
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c milk
2/3 c Crisco
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. beat in rest of ingredients and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Filling:
Cook sugar, milk, Crisco, salt, water and vanilla. add and beat in powdered sugar. With cake decorator tip put filling in middle of each cupcake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
