Peanut Butter Fingers Recipe

1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
1 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/4 c peanut better

Cream butter and sugars together. Add egg, peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Add flour and oats; mix well. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle immediately with 6 oz package chocolate chips. Bake 5 minutes longer.
Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk; mix well and frost.
