Marinade:
6-8 boned, skinned chicken thighs
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. hot chili flakes
5 green onions chopped
3/4 c. canned coconut milk (shake before opening)




Chili glaze:
3/4 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. hot chili flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coconut milk, ginger, pepper and hot chili flakes. Use as marinade and let stand over chicken for 1 hour to 1 day. Grill chicken until done using all marinade to baste chicken.

For glaze, mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil until reduced to 1/2 cup. Pour over chicken and serve.
