4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 medium onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and add the chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat a medium skillet to medium heat with oil. Place the chicken in skillet and brown evenly on both sides until done.
