Chicken breasts
1/3 c parmesan cheese
2/3 c cracker crumbs M

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and dip raw chicken in butter and roll in the parmesan cheese mixed with cracker crumbs. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 1 hour or until done.

This is Grandma Otey's recipe. When using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, this makes great chicken tenders.
