8 pieces of chicken
1/3 c flour
salt and pepper
5 tbsp butter
1 shallot or onion
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c whipping cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Dust chicken with flour flavored with salt and pepper. Brown in butter. When done remove from pan cook onion in pan. Add remaining ingredients for sauce. Add chicken back to pan.
