3 c Rice Chex, crushed by hand
4 tbsp butter
1/2 c onions, chopped
1 can chicken soup or mushroom soup
1/2 c Velveeta cheese or cheese spread
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp toasted almonds
1 (20 oz) pkg broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3 tbsp butter in sauce pan to saute onions in. Then add soup, cheese and garlic powder. Heat and stir till cheese is melted. Add broccoli and 1 c of the rice chex and almonds. Put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish and cover with rest of rice chex crumbs and bake at 350 till bubbly and crumbs are toasted.
