1 lb ground beef
3/4 pkg noodles cooked
1 c grated cheese (longhorn or Colby)
1/2 c diced green pepper
1 onion, minced (Grandma didn't use onion)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, green pepper and onion. In meantime cook noodles. Grease casserole and layer noodle , beef and cheese. Repeat layer. Pour tomato soup mixed with water over top. Bake 1 hour at 375
