2 lb carrots ( peeled and cut in 1")
1 large thinly sliced onion
1 large thinly sliced green pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 c sugar
1/2 c salad oil
3/4 c vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in salted water until tender-drain and cool. Combine with onion rings, pepper strips in large bowl. Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over carrots. Cool covered and refrigerate over night.
