3 eggs
1 c salad oil
2 c sugar
2 c raw grated zucchini peeled
2 c flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil add dry ingredients. Then add vanilla and fold in zucchini and nuts. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
