2# Sweet Potatoes
5 Slices of Bacon
1/2 Cup pecans
1 Cup celery
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1/2 Cup bottled Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and Cut potatoes in chunks and cook in water 12 to 15 Minutes. Drain and cool in ice water and drain well. Place in bowl.
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel, crumble. Pour out bacon fat, add chopped pecans to skillet and cook 1 to 2 Minutes until toasted.Add pecans,celery,onions and dressing to potatoes. Toss gently to mix and let marinate for awhile.
