Pumpkin Seeds
butter or margerine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the seeds thoroughly, drain them, and spread them on a cookie sheet. Put them in a 375 oven and leave them 20 to 30 minutes to dry. Increase the oven temperature to 400 and dot the seeds with butter or margerine. Brown the seeds for 5 to 10 minutes stirring them so that they brown evenly. Take the seeds out of the oven, sprinkle them with salt, cool and serve.
