2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 skinned chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/3 lo cal margarine
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add seasonings and lemon. Mix and reserve a small amount for basting if grilling. Pour over chicken and let marinate for 2 hours, but good if used right away. Grill marinated chicken slowly and baste with reserve sauce at end. If baking in oven, chicken breast with bones at 375 for 50 to 55 minutes. Without bone, 375 for 40 minutes.
