"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
Take tenderloin and make small incisions within to stuff with garlic randomly through out tenderloin. Make a dry rub using the dry ingredients, mixing the ingredients as per your own tastes. Place rub on tenderloin and let marinade for at least 20 minutes.(I have let marinade for up to a day.) Sear lightly on very hot bbq. Remove from bbq lather very generously with maple syrup and BBQ sauce(half and half)and generously wrap in tinfoil. Return to medium temperature BBQ around 400F(this is the tricky part but) roughly 30 mins.

Personal Notes:
This is very tasty. One of my favorite BBQ treats. The trick is to not overcook as tenderloin will dry out very quickly. Remove from heat before you think it is cooked and let finish cooking from its own heat in tinfoil. If it drys out don"t be afraid to try it again cause when u get it right you will agree it is one of the best bbq meals.
