1-1/2 lbs of beef 1-1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 T. tapioca (heaping) 1 can of tomatoes 1 beef bouillon cube (dissolved in 1 c. of water or substitute with 1 can beef broth) 3 onions (large chunks) 5 stalks celery (sliced) 5 potatoes (peeled and quartered) 5 carrots (peeled and cut in chunks)
Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 325º for 3 hours (stir occasionally).
