5 slices whole-wheat bread
3 eggs
1 cup Alfredo sauce (about half a 15 ounce jar)
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped broccoli, thawed if frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread in 1/2 inch cubes and place in a greased 8-by-8 inch baking pan. Beat eggs in a meduim bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour over bread. Cover with lid or foil and refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover strata and bake until center is set, about 45 minutes.
