1 8oz pkg cresent rolls
1 lb pork sausage
1 cup frozen shredded hash brown, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 cup eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll the cresent rolls, and place on a greased 12 inch round pizza pan. Press the seams together and push up sides of the rolls to form a crust edge. Set aside. In a skillet brown the sausage, drain and cool slightly. Sprinkle sausage,hash browns, and cheddar cheese over the crust. Beat the eggs, milk and pepper and pour over the cheddar cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes . let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
