6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1# Jimmy Dean sausage- cooked and drained
2 cups milk
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
4 oz. can green chilies

Mix ingredients and pour into 1 1/2 qt.greased casserole. Refrigerate overnight [12hrs] Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let rest for 10 min, and serve.
