3 3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup of light corn syrup
1 cup water
2 drams of Gourmet Flavoring
1 /4 tsp of food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredientgs in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar desolves. Boil, without stiring, until temperature reaches 310 F. Remove from heat. After boiling has ceased, stir in flavoring and coloring. Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet in a thin, thin, layer. Break apart and store in plastic bag with 1 tbsp, of powdered sugar
