Lemon Bars Recipe

1 cup melted butter
2 cups flour
1 cup confectioners sugar

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 T. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 T. lemon juice

Combine crust ingredients and put in 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. (It's best to use real butter)

Beat eggs lightly and combine rest of ingredients. Beat on low until blended Pour over baked crust and bake 30 minutes more.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar & serve.
