2 lbs. spareribs
1 T oil
1/4 t ginger
1 clove garlic
1/4 c sugar
1/4 t dry mustard
1/2 t salt
2 T soy sauce
3 T vinegar
1 c water
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown spareribs in oil. Combine remaining ingredients in dutch oven and add spareribs. Cook until thick sauce in spareribs until tender.
