1 c water
1 egg
1/4 c salad oil
Add:
1 c flour
1 t salt
4 t cornstarch
1 t baking powder
1/2 t MSG (Accent)
Sauce:
1 c catsup
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t Worchestershire sauce
2 T mayonnaise
3 T hot ground horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Dip fillets in batter and deep fry at 375-400 until golden brown. Sauce adds to the treat.
